Sonja has devoted much of her career to empowering and supporting corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. Over the last 20+ years, she’s mentored and coached hundreds of leaders of all career levels and generations to find fulfillment and harmony in their professional and personal lives.
Sonja has been privileged to work in a broad cross-section of industries, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, both domestic and international, including Citibank, Capital One, Sanofi, Ascension Health, and Liberty Mutual.
Since 2017, her focus has been in the fields of adult development and neuro-leadership, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and othering. Sonja developed the NeuroConscious™ Framework that supports transcendence leadership designed specifically for high-achieving leaders.
