Coaching is aligned to organization’s individual development process.
Coach and coachee establish a regular cadence of virtual coaching sessions
Coach provides ongoing ad hoc support and resources such as articles, blogs, etc. where appropriate

Wrap Up & Follow Up
As the coaching period comes to an end, coach and coachee summarize the output of coaching sessions and establish an ongoing plan for continued health and growth.
Final calibration session may be scheduled with coach, coachee and manager to reaffirm ongoing development
