  • Discuss potential assessments

  • Plan calibration session with coach and manager and HR

Feedback and Calibration

  • Coach, coachee and manager align on goals

  • Finalize list of feedback givers

  • Coachee completes assessments

  • Coach completes feedback interviews

  • Coach summarizes results of interviews and assessments

  • Coach and coachee meet to review results and, if necessary, refine goals

Ongoing Coaching Conversations

  • Coach and coachee review feedback

  • Coaching is aligned to the organization’s individual development process.

  • Coach and coachee establish a regular cadence of virtual coaching sessions

  • Coach provides ongoing ad hoc support and resources such as articles, blogs, voice memos, etc. where appropriate

Wrap Up & Follow Up

  • As the coaching period comes to an end, coach and coachee summarize the output of coaching sessions and establish an ongoing plan for continued health and growth.

  • Final calibration session may be scheduled with coach, coachee and manager, and HR to reaffirm ongoing development
