Coach and coachee review feedback
Coaching is aligned to the organization’s individual development process.
Coach and coachee establish a regular cadence of virtual coaching sessions
Coach provides ongoing ad hoc support and resources such as articles, blogs, voice memos, etc. where appropriate

Wrap Up & Follow Up
As the coaching period comes to an end, coach and coachee summarize the output of coaching sessions and establish an ongoing plan for continued health and growth.
Final calibration session may be scheduled with coach, coachee and manager, and HR to reaffirm ongoing development
