Leo Caldwell is an LGBTQ+ educator and speaker with a focus on the trans community. He has presented to a variety of audiences including Gannett USA TODAY Network, University of Oregon, local fire/police departments, and various non-profits/youth organizations.

Sonja has devoted much of her career to empowering and supporting corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. Over the last 20+ years, she’s mentored and coached hundreds of leaders of all career levels and generations to find fulfillment and harmony in their professional and personal lives.
