He has 20 years of experience in developing leaders at all levels across a variety of industries. Some of his recent clients have included Daiichi-Sankyo, BASF, Siemens, Neurogene, and Legend Biotech.

In his last full-time role at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he designed and implemented a global strategy that redefined the leader experience and saw significant gains on Manager Capability engagement scores.

He has enjoyed his return to independent consulting, where he has been able to apply his proven methodology and best practices to solutions for companies of all sizes. Facilitating programs that help people build skills has always been a passion, yet he also finds deep fulfillment in work centered around both enhancing team effectiveness and improving the employee experience.
