Mariah Cherniss
Mariah Cherniss is the Head of Consulting Excellence and is a Senior Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting. She specializes in fostering alignment within organizations, empowering employee engagement, navigating dynamic change, and achieving tangible business outcomes. With over 15 years in the field, she has partnered with diverse clients spanning Management, HR, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Sales, and more, across for-profit and non-profit sectors including high-tech, retail, academia, information management, travel and leisure, and energy.
Personally and professionally, Mariah is deeply committed to cultivating relationships built on trust. Recognizing that authentic collaboration is the cornerstone of success, she values transparent feedback and open dialogue while partnering with clients, ensuring optimal solutions are tailored to each client’s needs. She is also known for her adeptness in grasping her clients’ visions and transforming them into actionable and valuable strategies.
Mariah has also co-authored two global best practice research studies: “Employee Engagement: How to build a high-performance workforce” and “Effective Communication From the Top: The definitive research report on how to improve senior leadership communication.”
Mariah earned her BA in Communications from USC, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a minor in Leadership Studies.
