Emily is a seasoned HR consultant with 15+ years of experience solving complex business problems with an eye for optimizing HR processes, programs, the employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Emily started her career as a Human Capital Consultant with Deloitte working with Fortune 100 companies on global HR Transformations. Since then, she’s held a variety of in-house roles spanning the HR Business Partner Group, HR CoEs, as well as Operations working with for-profits, non-profits, and start-up accelerators across a number of industries.
All these experiences have a common thread of keeping employees at the center, and measuring impact to ensure we're making a meaningful difference in our employee’s experiences and lives, inside and outside of work.
